These documents have been made semi-public due to a lack of cooperation in restraining an Attorney who lost his way. This platform is used to submit supporting documents for complaints to the DA of Monterey County, the California Bar Association, the Attorney General of California, the Governor of California. the US Department of justice, Politicians, the American Bar Association and others who need to recognize the need for Legal Reform and a reform in the way in which California Attorneys are regulated. If anyone is to blame for the need for this information to have been published, start with the California Bar Association. They had an opportunity to reel him in in 2023 and they failed miserably.
How did the seller end up with an Environmental Law Firm / Attorney representing him in a Real Estate Fraud dispute?
Why did it take me 2 years to convey to him he was in way over his headm with "in concert fraud "?
How much stress did he inflict on us during those two years of fraud? A LOT...

We are hoping and/or expecting some type of appropriate settlement offer with the Attorney and his law firm for for Infliction of Emotional Distress ,Tortious Interference and others Acts of Malfeasance. For now, we are leaving it up to them to be honest about what the damages should be value at.
